Barista (Front of House) Team Member
Starting Pay: $13/hr. DOE
Responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions using the POS system, preparing espresso and coffee beverages, restocking displays, and maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Kitchen Assistant (Back of House) Team Member
Starting Pay: $14/hr DOE
Supports daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, precise measuring and weighing, assisting with cooking and baking, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment. Prior kitchen or food-handling experience is preferred.
AK Wildflour began in my home kitchen, built from scratch with a focus on real ingredients, honest work, and food that speaks for itself. As AK Wildflour continues to grow, we are looking for individuals wanting to grow with us.

You do not need to have any experience in cooking, baking or in a professional kitchen to join our team.
