AK Wildflour is a boutique bakery in Wasilla, Alaska, built around a focused approach to craft, community, and quality. We make each offering in small batches using exceptional ingredients and disciplined technique, with intentional decisions at every step.

We partner with local producers whenever possible — not for trend, but because grounded relationships and thoughtful sourcing matter to our food and our community. What we create reflects a balance of familiarity and refinement: food that feels rooted in comfort, elevated by care.
